ET was with "NCIS" star Mark Harmon in Park City, Utah at the Slamdance Film Festival to get the latest on "NCIS" and his new film, 'Weather Girl.' Last week ET broke the news that CBS is planning a spinoff of "NCIS," which itself was a spinoff of "JAG."
