Lets all buy up bad debt instead of letting the stupid tool bags that bought it in the first place go down. God forbid the opportunistic money scroungers fail; then who would finance the people who would never qualify for non-subsidized credit because - go figure - there is 0% chance o their ever repaying the debt?

The day Waxman delivered his statement, the National Weather Service issued a warning for Chicago about wind chill somewhere in the vicinity of 25 to 40 below zero. In Maine, citizens expected something around 40 below zero. And Iowans were warned that temperatures could drop as far as 27 below.
